Position Summary:

The Administrative Specialist ensures that all vendor/ customer needs, both product and service related, are promptly addressed by responding to requests, orders, questions and concerns, while exercising the highest level of service and quality.

This position requires a passion for excellence, outstanding communication and organizational skills, quality focused and an effective team player who can also work independently and is willing to grow within the position and contribute to the overall business development.

Accounting/ Office Support:

AR/ AP/ General Inquiries/Database Management

Warehouse Support:

Parts/ Shipping/ Receiving

Customer Service:

Resolves customer complaints via phone, email or mail. More complicated complaints should be passed on to Management and more detailed service inquiries shall be passed on to the service department.

Skills Required:

Customer service, quality focus, problem solving, documentation skills, listening skills, professional phone etiquette, resolving conflict, analyzing Information, utilizing computer technology and handling high call volumes. Ability to lift 40lbs, Standing, and Sitting for long periods of time.

Full-Time: Monday thru Friday 8am-4:30pm

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
