The company is headquartered in St. Louis, MO, with warehouse locations throughout the Midwest. We are currently in a growth mode and looking to take the company to the next level.

Job description

Weber Industries, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented, customer-focused individual, who possesses a positive, team-first attitude to assist customers on a daily basis. This individual will be responsible for setting and ensuring that the customers’ expectations are always met.

General Responsibilities

• Entry of customer orders
• Efficiently assist customers with inquiries via phone, online chat, or email
• Processing freight bills from various carriers
• Process customer returns / warranties
• Investigate customer freight issues
• Work with logistics companies to ensure on time deliveries
• Communicate customer concerns to management
• Assist sales staff with various inquiries
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Previous customer service experience, including data entry is a must.
