This individual will work primarily in the dish room.

This position includes operating the dish washing machine.

Hand washing and scrubbing and sanitizing pots, pans, and serving trays.

Scrubbing carts, racks, and various other types of commercial kitchen equipment.

Sweeping and mopping floors, taking out trash to the dumpster, and general cleaning as assigned.

May assist cooks from time to time.
Required Experience:

High School Graduate.

Ability to communicate effectively in English through written and verbal skills.

Will be required to earn Food Handler permit from local Health Department.

Ability to work independently in a timely and efficient manner.

Ability to life 40-50 pounds.

The individual should be clean and practice good hygiene habits and follow all safety and sanitization guidelines.
