Provide crisis intervention, assessment, service linkage, and skill coaching as part of a children, youth, and family focused Youth Mobile Crisis Outreach in Weber County.

Case Manager will work with collaborative team of case managers, peers, counselors, and therapists.

Specific skills needed, strong collaboration and communication skills.

Willingness to work with children, youth, and families in crisis.

Willingness to be in the community, schools, hospitals, residences, shelters, etc.
Required Experience:

Preferred BSW or equivalent.

May be under filled but salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

Preferred experience working with children, youth and families, who have mental illness.

Must have valid Utah Driver’s License and a good driving record.

Must pass Background Check.

Will need to become a certified MCOT/SMR crisis worker and Certified Youth Case Manager.

Spanish speaking preferred.
