Production Supervisor of Manufacturing
We are seeking a Production Supervisor of Manufacturing to LEAD our Weld and Fabrication teams in this customer-focused industry.

Skills/Requirements:
- 5 years in a Manufacturing role- familiar with CNC, Fab, and Weld
- 3 years experience leading a team of 10 personnel
- Strong Leadership and coaching skills
Job duties:
- Directly oversee Weld and/or Fab production departments, 10-20 total employees
- Ensure the Weld and Fab production teams work in a safe and efficient manner.
- Meets Weld and Fab production goals.
- Ensure all quality specifications are met and maintained.
