Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant to join our team. As an Assistant, you will provide support and assistance to our team in delivering high-quality care and services to our patients. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

-Establish and maintain scheduled showers for residents and ensure showers are provided as required.
- Assist with daily activities and tasks, including but not limited to:
- Providing direct support and care to patients
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Assisting with mobility and transferring patients
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of patients
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Document patient information accurately and timely

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of systems and processes related to patient care
- Familiarity with ADLs and providing direct support to patients
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed

Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Compassionate and empathetic nature towards patients
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
