Description
General Labor Tasks:
• Participates in general cleaning, painting, and repair work.
• Uses hand tools and power tools in making minor maintenance repairs and maintaining grounds and walks.
• Does general cleaning in all areas.
• Helps with general remodeling jobs.
• Load and unload equipment.
Maintenance Helper:
• Care of trees, lawns, and shrubbery; snow and ice removal.
• Helps with overall maintenance of the building and the equipment.
• Maintains and repairs fences.
• Roofing assistance.
• Garbage cleanup.
Requirements
General knowledge of power equipment
no physical labor restrictions
Experience using hand and electrical tools
Hand-eye coordination
Endurance
Concentration
Communication skills.
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing from 50 pounds or heavier. Ability to work occasionally in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow. Position includes mandatory travel. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS.
Starting pay is $13.00 per hour.
