This is what you bring to us :
- Results-oriented team player, excellent attendance, high energy level and good attention to detail
- Able to work required hours and mandatory overtime- Up to 12 hr shifts - 7 day work week (if necssary)
- Must be able to stand for 10 hours - Able to lift up to 35lbs or more
- Demonstrates creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills - Willingness to be cross trained on various processes, machines and products
You can look forward to these exciting tasks :
- Operation of a small number of machines and workstations within a production line according to work instructions, including applicable Quality and HSE guidelines
- Removal of products from the machines - Assembly of components - Monitoring of processes, inspection of quality / safety characteristics
- Escalation of any detected concerns and problems (Quality and Safety) in line with escalation procedures
- Performing workstation 5S activities and total production maintenance (TPM) in line with standard operating procedures.
