Graphic Design company in Midland seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join their team.This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Take down information to conduct a sale/customer service
- Assist with project coordination tasks as assigned
- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Utilize computerized systems for various tasks such as managing sales orders or customers information
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist with heavy phone traffic and some sales experience
- Knowledge of office procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm
- $17.00/hour to $19.00/hour DOE
