Food House Cook prepares large or small batch recipes, packages products, chops vegetables, or builds retail ready products. They maintain a clean work area and follow personal/food safety guidelines.
Same weekly schedule (except for vacation/holiday coverage) is offered.
Essential Qualifications:
Available to work 6am mornings and weekends
Basic knife and prep skills
Read and follow recipes in English
Regular, predictable attendance
Self-motivation / direction
Functional Qualifications:
The ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day, bend, twist, and lift 40# repeatedly.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional kitchen experience
Excellent English reading and Computer abilities a bonus.
Multilingual a plus
Demonstrated ability to work with co-workers from various cultural backgrounds
