Perform assessments and examinations for patients presenting to the office and returning for follow up visits
Prescribe medications as deemed appropriate
Refer patients as needed
Maintain compliance with documentation requirements
Education/ Experience:
Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner licensed in the State of Georgia
At least one year of as nurse practitioner experience required
Primary Care experience required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Per diem
Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour
