QC Inspector

JOB DESCRIPTION: Inspects fabricated parts in process or in final inspection and documents conformity to customer blue prints.

RESPONSPNSIBILITIES:

• Inspects incoming products or processes and documents conformances to customer blue prints and job traveler
• Aids in identifying critical dimensions and specifications by working with customers and customer service reps
• Controls documentation and metrics on non conforming parts
• Follows up with root cause analysis and Corrective Actions to prevent re-occurrence of quality issues
• Follows calibration process and documentation of company and personal tools used in the inspection processes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Blue print reading
• Organized and Methodical
• Process Driven
• Inspection and Testing Equipment
• Familiar with ISO 2001:2015 Standard
• First Article Inspection Documentation
• Understands tolerances with relation to utility
• Ability to use inspection equipment such as CMM, Calipers, gauges, micrometers, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
