The Role: Under the direct supervision of the Community Response Manager, the Lead SART Advocate is responsible for delivering survivor centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive support to survivors of sexual assault. The Advocate is the primary staff member that provides accompaniment to survivors of sexual assault during forensic medical exams that occur within business hours. This position is also responsible for ensuring accompaniment is available to survivors outside of business hours by working closely with WEAVE's Intermittent SART Advocates to maintain a calendar for 24/7 shift coverage. The Lead SART Advocate assists with training and coordinating the Intermittent SART Advocate team, which includes co-facilitating evening team meetings and time and attendance supervision.

Compensation:
The wage range for this position is $24.46 - $27.89 per hour.
