Weatherization RX is hiring construction minded individuals to join us in weatherizing NE Ohio. We are part of the Nation's weatherization program that works with agencies, helping low income households.

We train from the ground up; basic construction, insulation and weatherization, and performance testing. Many open spots with great potential for growth - and those that perform will be quickly promoted.

The work day: Everyone meets at the warehouse, loads their truck for the day's job, drives to site (30 minutes to 90 minutes each way - paid), works until a good stopping point late in the afternoon, then drives back. Average house takes anywhere from 2 days to 8 days; always a different day of work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.55 - $16.60 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
