Schedule: Hours vary, minimum of 7 hours per week

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To perform various clerical tasks in support of the Adult Education program and staff, i.e. data entry, preparation of reports for instructional staff and answering calls from clients.

QUALIFICATIONS: (Education/Certification)

• High school diploma from accredited high school; or the state issued equivalent

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of office devices and processes
• Strong typing skills and proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel
• Bilingual English/Spanish helpful

Experience: Previous office and data entry experience preferred. Experience with navigating online platforms
