- BC required
- Weekdays, Call, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, Weekend call
- ACLS and BLS required
- 0 - 4 OR cases per day
- TAVR, CABG, SAVR, MVR, carotid, lung, and some peripheral vascular
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
