- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
- EPIC experience preferred
- 4 - 8 cases per week, adult and geriatric
- Vein harvesting & chest tube placement required & all skills associated w/ CT surgery are preferred
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
