Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing/Operations Intern who will gain experience working with the Operations team on multiple projects in a manufacturing environment. This is a paid co-op/internship opportunity and is based at Weasler Engineering in West Bend, WI.

Responsibilities:

• Develop standard work documentation, cycle-time analysis, walk patterns, etc.
• Support key capacity improvement initiatives
• Help advance the CentroMotion Operating System
• Update time studies, build TAKT bar charts, Auto Cad layouts, and Capacity Analysis

Requirements

• Student of Junior or Senior standing, working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Ability to thrive and be part of a fast paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point) required.
• Ability to effectively interact with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and time management experience.
• Ability to handle confidential materials with discretion and accuracy.
• Willing to be located onsite at Weasler Engineering in West Bend, WI.
