Job Overview:

We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks and possess strong analytical and organizational skills. The primary role is to assist in the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of our company.

Duties:

- Maintain and track metrics/ key performance indicators

- Prepare various documents and flyers

- Manage CRM system for maintenance issues and improvements

- Manage marketing campaigns

- Build and maintain buyer relationships

-Dispositions

-Run errands in town occasionally

-Social Media management

QUALIFICATIONS:

Local to Rome, GA or within 30 mins

Home office required

Willing to drive own car for small tasks

Strong computer skills

Forward and independent thinking

Take initiative to promote ideas and process improvements

Analytical

Organization is a must

Proficiency in Excel

Strong communication skills

Data Analytics
