Candidates will carry the following skills:

• Financial services industry and customer service/sales experience. Mandatory that you have background in the financial services industry.

Five years or more experience in the financial advisory industry required for this position as senior financial assistant/operations manager. Ideal candidate has worked with clients and financial advisors in a client service support role. Team member will oversee and implement office systems, compliance and organizational efforts to provide support to financial advisors. This is a leadership position within the firm that requires high level of competency and attention to detail. This candidate reports direct to firm's CEO. $65,000-$90,000 Salary plus bonus potential based on experience. Candidate must be able to work in our Colorado Springs and/or Denver Tech Center offices
