Shift: Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with on-call duty every 3rd weekend

Hours: 40-45 hours per week

Shift Differential: $0.50

Starting Pay: Is based off of experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, repair facility and production equipment, and conduct equipment maintenance
• Utilize power tools, hand tools, and drive a forklift for completing tasks onsite
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies, while wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Decrease equipment downtime through troubleshooting
• Complete preventive maintenance duties, know and ensure proper use of fabrication equipment
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and complete required paperwork
• Conduct oneself professionally and be willing to fill in for other shifts as necessary
• Learn to use voltage test equipment, read blueprints, and troubleshoot equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Experience & Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred, with 2 years of industrial experience
• Experience working with electrical, hydraulics, motor controls, and PLC-controllers
• Familiarity with Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs implementation preferred
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (forklift) and communicate fluently in English
• Proficiency in basic math skills and ability to lift 50 pounds
• Above-average welding and mechanical skills preferred
• Ability to multi-task, follow instructions, and strong organizational skills

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged physical exertion, standing for long periods, lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
  Drug screen, and background screenings are required.
