Job Title: 2nd shift Production Helper
Location: Cambridge
Compensation: Starting at $16.25 per hour, with significant opportunities for advancement and pay increases upon permanent hire.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM shifts with occasional overtime on Saturdays as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Assist coworkers in the process of bending, grinding, stacking, and labeling various sizes of steel piping.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Steel toe shoes required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance record.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
