We Rock The Spectrum Nashville / Madison in Madison, TN is looking for one team member for indoor kid's playground to join our team.

We Rock The Spectrum Kids Gym is an inclusive, sensory gym for kid's of ALL abilities. Besides open play at the gym, we offer Birthday Party Rentals, Classes, Parent's Nights Out, Special Themed Events, Field Trips, Fundraisers and a lot more. We opened last October and have quickly become a popular play option for families in the area.

Our business hours are 7 days a week from 9-6pm. Occasional evening events that run until 8pm.

Job Description/Requirements

Staff will manage the duties of member services, assist with birthday parties and other events, assist parents that need a helping hand in the gym, and help maintain a clean gym for our guests.

• Must be compassionate with children of ALL abilities.
• Must have excellent customer service skills. You should be able to chat with parents, tell them about the gym and the various services we offer. Should be able to problem solve, multi task and think on your feet.
• Must be willing to help maintain our clean environment at the gym. Cleaning responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, dusting the gym and lobby area and bathrooms. You would also be responsible for making sure the gym stays organized at all times.
• Some weekend availability preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills and be able to learn our POS system

*Some previous experience working with children or event management (e.g. running birthday parties) highly preferred. *Social media marketing experience will be be given priority *High School diploma or enrollment in a 3rd or 4th year preferred. *Pre-Employment Screening will be done (Background check, CPR certification) *We are looking for someone with related experience who can grow with us and move into an assistant manager role.
