Local boutique property management company seeks a full time leasing agent.
For this position, you must have a valid California Real Estate license or in the process of working towards obtaining one as well as have a reliable car with insurance and valid state-issued driver’s license.
The successful candidate will have an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel), demonstrate attention to detail while composing business documents...especially lease contracts, a self starter, ability to work with minimal supervision to achieve marketing and sales goals, professional writing skills, and be able to multi-task and prioritize your work day. Social Media experience is especially helpful. Appfolio experience is a plus.
Additionally, this job requires working on occasional Saturdays dependent upon leasing activity. You will show property by appointment to prospective tenants and assist the Leasing Manager with screening applicants, preparing leases, preparing and serving notices, preparing property ads and conducting industry-related research.
