We Make RI Partners is Hiring a GREYSTONE-Project Manager Near Lincoln, RI

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finishing projects while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality products within established timelines. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the expansion of our business by playing a key role in new customer initiatives. This role requires effective communication, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate across various departments. Key Responsibilities:  Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.  Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.  Collaborate with the Sales team in understanding customer requirements and expectations for new business opportunity  Play a key role in onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to production.  Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.  Facilitate regular communication and collaboration among team members to address project challenges and ensure project success.  Monitor project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track.  Implement effective project management methodologies to optimize efficiency.  Collaborate with the Quality team to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.  Implement corrective actions as needed to address quality issues.  Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and implement mitigation strategies.  Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.  Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns.  Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products on time.  Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.  Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and change requests.
