WE INSURE GROUP is Hiring an Insurance 440 / 220 Sales Agent Near Miami, FL

WE INSURE is an award winning multiline property and casualty Independent Insurance Agency specializing in auto, home, & commercial business. We Insure seeks experienced bilingual English/Spanish insurance sales agents with a 440 or 220 License, or driven individuals with strong prior sales experience and customer service, willing to train for the position and acquire a 440/220 Insurance License.

We are ideally located near Miami Dade Kendall Campus, Baptist Hospital and the Falls area. We are close to Coral Gables, South Miami, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Kendall, and Homestead. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the insurance field, or someone looking to begin a new career in the insurance industry.

Job Description

  • This is a fulltime position Monday – Friday
  • Responsible for sales, customer service, and soliciting new & existing accounts for P&C Insurance: Auto, Home, & Commercial business insurance
  • Develop relationships and referral networks with business owners, mortgage brokers and real estate professionals.
  • Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking and following up on referrals.

Required Skills :

  • Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage their time effectively.
  • Hard-working sales-oriented and customer service individual who follows through the complete sales process.
  • Ability to present and explain auto, home, and commercial products.
  • Computer Proficient -Microsoft, CRS System, and Internet related programs
  • Organized, efficient, & ability to multi-task.
  • Meet deadlines for real estate closings and renewal dates.
  • Courteous, professional and customer service oriented.
  • Ethical, honest, and looking out for the best interest of the client.

Responsibilities :

  • Network with business owners and networking organizations.
  • Prospect and generate new business through real time referrals & leads.
  • Develop relationships and referral networks with real estate professionals and mortgage brokers.
  • Protect client’s assets and liabilities with appropriate risk management products.
  • Review policies and re-market accounts.
  • Cross-selling existing customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work well with others and develop positive business relationships with our clients.
