Job Description:

·Complete wound care of the residents 

·Complete wound care rounds in both buildings

·Provide education to the staff 

·Complete documentation regarding resident care

Shift:

Full Time

Hybrid – covering 2 of our Rochester facilities 

Half remote, half on site 

NO Weekends 

NO Holidays

Candidate Qualifications:

·Graduate of approved Registered Nurse (RN) Program.

·Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care

·Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.

·WCON or WCC Certified
