WeCare at Pennwood is actively seeking a motivated Registered Nurse Supervisor for our community in Pittsburgh, PA.Our Registered Nurse Supervisor is a dynamic individual who can lead a team in the care that helps enhance the lives of our residence.

Job Description:

·Assume responsibility to ensure the provision of nursing care to the facilities residents.

·Provides direct resident care as needed.

·Direct and supervise the day-to-day function of the nursing staff.

·Manage the flow of care.

·Attend nursing leadership meetings.

·All other duties as assigned.

Shift:

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Full Time

Candidate Qualifications:

·Graduate of approved Registered Nurse (RN) Program.

·1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care/long term care setting is preferred.

·1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.

·Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of PA.

·Ability to work with a team.

·Ability to adjust to changing conditions and situations.
