Job Description:

The role of Nursing Home Administrator Assistant will provide support as needed to the Administrator in the day to day operations of the facility.

Responsibilities include but not limited:

• Assist the Administrator in planning and developing the day to day functions of the facility.
• Assist department directors in the development and use of department policies and procedures.
• Ensure all employees, residents, visitors, and the general public follow established policies and procedures.
• Recommend ideas in the overall organization structure.
• Conduct inspections of the facility to assure that established polices and procedures are being implemented.
• Oversee all HR functions.
• All other duties as directed.

Shift:

Full Time

Candidate Qualifications:

·Bachelors Degree in Health Care Administration or comparable.

·LNHA career goal.

·Experience in a long term care facility.

·Knowledge of NYS DOH LTC survey guidelines.

·Excellent customer service skills

·Previous knowledge of Dropstat and PCC software
