They will help you develop your own book of business even at Associate level Well rewarded with origination bonus as well as percentage cut of existing clients if well positioned as a major asset to the client. Young associates are making 10% on origination on key clients

Firm is rapidly growing, looking to bring on 3 associates within the Insurance practice group

Over 70 Attorneys and just about 30 attorneys in the Insurance practice group

Owns a diverse book of business and a wide range of insurers providing steady solid business

???????Role:

Insurance Associate responsibilities

Dealing with regional insurance companies as well as Fortune 500 companies directly

??Package:

Up to $140k Bonus Origination

Bonus $7500 per year

Additional bonus on overtime- Can be up to $15k per year

Origination bonus

Location: Downtown Houston Hybrid

Traditionally has a medical malpractice area in another office. Over time, if you have experience in this area too, you will have the opportunity to work on cases and help develop this division in Houston
