1. Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:Biology, Medical Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or Biochemistry.

2. Minimum of five years experience working in a clinical laboratory, with experience in a generalist role preferred.

3. Minimum of three years supervisory/ management experience in a clinical laboratory.

4. ASCP certification, or eligible and becomes certified within one year of employment.

5. Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members.
