We currently have an opening for a Project Coordinator! This position will work on-site at our Dublin, OH office. You'll be in our office during typical business hours (8AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday) and will have the opportunity to connect on a daily basis with the rest of our Field Services team, both virtually and in person, as well as working with other managers and disciplines within WD.
As a Project Coordinator on our Field Services team, you'll provide administrative support and project support services. This is a great opportunity to learn the processes and documentation created from the data collected by our Field Services team during their travel to client locations. You will also have the chance to learn how that data supports other functions within Architecture and Engineering. If you've earned a degree in a related field or have prior experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or Administrative Support, this could be an ideal spot to learn how to build on and apply that knowledge toward future jobs in this industry.
Preferred Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Business/Management and/or equivalent knowledge gained from education and/or work experience
  • Willingness to provide administrative support on various tasks where needed
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability and interest in learning new systems, equipment and software
