Job Purpose:
- Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through the use of daily observation forms, monthly one on one meetings, and on the spot redirect coaching.
- Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
- Retain customers by provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions.
- Complete operational duties assigned to you accurately and within required time frames.
Weekend availability required.
Bilingual Required.
