WCO Pest Solutions is Hiring a Commercial Business Development Agent Needed - FAST GROWING COMPANY, 5 CITIES AND GROWING! Near Union, NJ

Job Description

Our company is a leading pest control company with offices in New York City, Long Island, New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Miami, with more coming soon! We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Business Development Agent to join our team!

In this role, you will be responsible for closing warm leads generated by our marketing department and building relationships with local partners to develop new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing your sales pipeline, and negotiating and closing deals.

Responsibilities

Close warm leads generated by the marketing department
Build relationships with local partners to develop new business opportunities
Develop and implement sales strategies
Manage your sales pipeline
Negotiate and close deals

Qualifications:

1 year of experience in commercial sales
Strong track record of success in closing deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong understanding of the pest control industry
