POSITION OVERVIEW: Method Engineering Coordinator
We are seeking a Method Engineering Coordinator to collaborate with client on the Vineyard Project. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and quality of wind turbine components before their offshore shipment. Your responsibilities will involve developing method statements that effectively address escaping defects in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic components, minimizing offshore operation cycle times.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and Oversee Documentation: Lead the creation and supervision of completion documentation, including work instructions, special operations, lifting plans, and risk assessments. Conduct training sessions for completion teams.
Tools Provision and Efficiency: Ensure the availability of tools for completion work. Participate in defining and monitoring dedicated tools, ensuring alignment with maintenance team objectives.
Non-conformity and Engineering Changes: Assess and implement non-conformities and engineering changes to improve processes.
Cycle Time Optimization: Define and challenge the cycle time of completion operations to enhance efficiency.
KEY DELIVERABLES
Tooling Support and Definition: Provide support in defining necessary tools for operations.
Writing and Documentation: Produce work instructions, lifting plans, and risk assessments within specified timelines for completion.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure zero injuries during tool assembly and monitor non-standard activities for EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) compliance.
Operation Cycle Time Analysis: Analyze and report operation cycle times for all completion activities.
