Youth Mobile Crisis Clinician - Fee for ServicesFramingham Pay Structure: $25.00 - $35.00/hour On Site for Triage Coverage depending upon education level.Flat rate for conducting evaluations starting at $125.00/evaluation. Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is hiring for creative and supportive individuals to work on our fast-paced Mobile Crisis Team providing emergency intervention to youth! We provide a supportive culture that is team-focused and places value on healthy work dynamics and supporting youth and families during a crisis. What you will do: Travel to client homes and/or a community setting to evaluate youth, up to the age of 21 who are experiencing an emotional/behavioral crisis. Support youth and families in creating crisis/safety plans to help them to safely remain in their home environment. Identify and access additional services and resources to help support the youth and their family. Competencies/Traits of Our Superstars: Excellent diagnostic skills needed. Strong communication and organizational skills required. Previous Crisis team and/or acute care, residential experience helpful. Empathy and compassion for those experiencing challenges. Flexibility and creative thinking with an ability to adapt. Minimum Requirements: Must have master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field. Must have access to an automobile and an active driver’s license. We will train you in: Motivational Interviewing; Courageous Conversations; Attachment, Regulation and Competency Model (ARC); Trauma Informed Practice.
