Psychiatric Coordinator/Medial Case Manager Framingham Residential Campus Wayside Youth & Family has an open position for a Psychiatric Coordinator/Medical Case Manager on our vibrant Wayside Campus providing treatment services to youth and families. The position consists of 20 hours scheduling for psychiatric appointments for the campus youth. The person responsible will work closely with the Psychiatric and Nursing teams to ensure that all campus youth are seen within the appropriate timeframes according to DCF and insurance regulations. The other 20 hours of the position will be providing front-line medical care of youth in a safe and therapeutic milieu, while promoting appropriate health education. Essential functions include providing transportation to medical appointments, facilitating medication oversight and education, and working with the staff team to ensure the safety of the program structure while striving for identified standards of behavior and providing positive role modeling for youth. In this position, the candidate must be MAP certified or will be required to pass MAP certification training to administer necessary medications.Salary Range: $20.00 - $21.00/hour sign on bonus (half paid after 30 days of employment and the other half paid after 90 days of employment/pro-rated for part time).What you Would Do: Administrative: Scheduling of all psychiatric appointments for the campus youth. Responsible for medication transcription & consents. Count & order all required medications. Assist staff with medication portion of intakes & discharges.
