-Guiding Residents: Be the friendly face that guides residents to the appropriate dining halls, ensuring they find their way comfortably.
-Monitoring and Oversight: Keep a watchful eye on hallways to ensure residents are attending activities and meals on time, while also overseeing smoke breaks to prioritize resident safety.
- Observation and Reporting: Pay close attention to residents' conditions and promptly report any changes to the nursing team.
- Meal Assistance: Assist with meal service by passing trays to residents and ensuring everyone receives the proper meal, followed by aiding in cleaning up the dining halls afterward.
- Supporting Residents: Help residents feel comfortable and ensure their needs are met, promptly informing the nursing team of any requests beyond your capacity.
- Transportation Assistance: Facilitate safe transportation for residents to appointments, outings, and other necessary trips.
- Team Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with fellow staff members, fostering a supportive and cohesive work environment.
- Confidentiality: Respect and maintain confidentiality regarding resident and company information at all times.
- Reliability: Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality, ensuring consistent and dependable support for our residents.

After 90 days you are eligible to take the STNA course, receiving a compensation increase to $15.50/hr after successful completion of the course. Once state certified receive another compensation increase to $18.00/hr.
