- Develop software products to discover new data related to the mission objectives.
- Manage and maintain existing products, making enhancements or repairs as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of software products.
- Own the development lifecycle of assigned products, from conception to deployment.
- Work closely with team members to contribute to the overall team objectives.
- Utilize Python (version 3) and other relevant technologies to develop and enhance software products.
- Implement Docker and DevOps technologies to support efficient software development and deployment processes.
- Develop software in a Linux environment, ensuring compatibility and performance.
- Adhere to security protocols and clearance requirements, including TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Actively participate in team meetings, providing input and insights to improve processes and outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, an Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus 9 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with extensive directly related experience.
- Degree in Computer Science (CS) or related field.
- Experience with Python, specifically version 3.
- Proficiency in Docker and DevOps technologies.
- Experience developing software in a Linux environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience as an Information Systems Security Officer/Engineer (ISSO/ISSE) with emphasis on Defense-in-Depth principles, network, and enterprise security architecture.
- Familiarity with NIST 800-53 principles and Risk Management Framework (RMF) procedures.
- Knowledge of Special Technical Operations (STO) Equipment (STE) and Secure Telephone Units (STU) requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
