Position Summary: The Restaurant Floor Manager is primarily responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager to ensure efficient F&B operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

Essential Job Functions:
Achieves F&B operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; implementing change
Meets F&B financial objectives by forecasting requirements; ordering and stocking all food items; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Responsible for staying abreast of Brand promotions and changes within the F&B Department
Responsible for maintaining life safety items as per brand and local health code.
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Perform all reasonable job duties as requested.
Must be over 21 for Alcohol service.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend regular meetings with Management.
Source and train staff to best fit the restaurant’s needs.
Assist the restaurant manager in Communicating with vendors to assure the appropriate amount of products are on hand for the forecasted demand
Resolve all staff conflicts swiftly and professionally.
Assure all transactions are taking place correctly and in a timely manner.
Work shifts required to meet the needs of the restaurant. This may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Talk with members and guests to ensure their dining experience is the best possible.
Ensure staff are completing Daily/ weekly checklist.
Ensure all products are put away in their proper location in a timely manner.
Maintain all spaces up to health and safety and sanitation standards.
Make sure staff are making the correct drinks and they are coming out consistently the same.
Assure ticket times for both the bar and kitchen are coming out in a timely manner.
Create Pars and maintain Pars based upon needs/ seasons.
Maintain a professional code of conduct with Front of house employees, heart of house employees, and members.
Monthly Inventory- Quantities and upload pricing
Make sure all invoices make it to the AP slot in F&B mailbox on F&B door.
Key Shifts- Essure staff are maintaining proper service standards, properly clean and secure establishment, and products
Review FOH team punches on Payroll.
Assist in Payroll
Experience
Bachelors’ degree preferred.
High school education/GED plus 2 years related experience.
Proven working experience as restaurant manager or restaurant general manager is a plus.
Demonstrated career experience in customer service management.
Extensive food and beverage knowledge
Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software
Hours Required
Scheduled days and time vary based on hotel needs. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements
Comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.
