POSITION TITLE: Administrative Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Quality / Technical Group
REPORTS TO: Quality Manager / Director of Engineering
DIRECT REPORTS: none
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for coordination of PPAPs, formatting and submitting with PPAP’s approved by Quality manager to the customer. Follow-up, and coordination with various departments to facilitate the data compilation process. Document Control, Non-conforming/MRB, Audits and Projects. Coordinate and track calibration completion %. Other clerical & nonclerical tasks as assigned to support the quality department and/or Technical Group.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quality support:
Containment process
Coordinate with QE - duties and responsibilities.
Coordinate calibration reports and track completion %.
Document Control:
Lead for document control process.
Accurately log changes to document control Cn’s & log
Coordinate replacement of old with new documents
Customer specifications & other items as needed.
PPAP:
Pull control plans for engineering.
Populate PPAP file per process flow.
Process PFMEA creation and/or modifications.
Populate packaging documents as required for PPAP.
Follow-up, track approvals & notify the team of the approvals.
REACH/RoHS/SCIP
IMDS
Locate new tools in Visual.
Photograph tool and asset tags for PPAP submission
Help communicate priorities to quality manager to align Layout/CMM schedule.
Non-conforming/MRB:
Collect tags from MRB.
CA log administration.
Issue internal and external reworks.
Coordinate with accounting customer reject paperwork & return authorizations.
Communicate to production control all necessary scrap and other inventory transactions.
Prepare print and rework work order packets.
Make tags for loads.
Monitor and correlate the QCC3 & open rework reports.
Coordinate with QE duties and responsibilities.
Projects:
Update and maintain various files in MS Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint format.
Follow-up on open action items from process, ISO and focus teams.
Others as directed by Quality Manager and/or Director of Engineering

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of an associate degree in any field and/or equivalent experience
