Develop and maintain detailed maintenance and project plans, schedules, and procedures for nuclear plant equipment and systems. Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize downtime and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Identify and procure necessary tools, materials, and resources for maintenance activities. Monitor and track maintenance work orders, equipment status, and maintenance history. Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and develop predictive maintenance strategies. Participate in the development and implementation of plant modifications and upgrades. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance and operations personnel. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action development for equipment failures.
