Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dock Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the loading and unloading of freight, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the dock area.

Responsibilities:
- Efficiently load and unload freight from trailers
- Sort, stage, and transport freight to designated areas
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes
- Perform order picking and build pallets for shipment
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting preferred
- Proficiency in order picking and materials handling
- Ability to operate heavy equipment including forklifts and cranes
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling freight
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
