As a Wayback team member, you will learn as you grow – training and learning every station with increasing responsibility. Responsibilities

• Understand our culture at Wayback Burgers and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience
• Balancing high volume with high quality
• Read tickets to determine what/when items need to be prepared
• Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is clean and sanitized at all times
• Participating in ongoing training and development
• Greet customers as they enter and provide an exceptional experience
• Take orders while paying attention to details (i.e. preferences of customers, dosage of ingredients, etc.)
• Comply with all health and safety standards of the store
• Answer any questions about our menu or products
• Answer any requests from customers (e.g. finding products, answering questions about products, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned (e.g., cross-training, inventory control, etc.)

Experience: Basic math: 1 year (Preferred).

Job Type: Part-time.

Salary: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
