Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations during your assigned shifts.

Duties:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the shift, including staff assignments and customer service
- Coordinate with the management team to ensure quality food production and service
- Train and mentor team members on proper procedures and customer interaction
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the shift
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Skills:
- Previous experience in shift management, preferably in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively
- Knowledge of food production processes and hospitality industry standards
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers and team members
- Understanding of banquet or culinary operations is advantageous
