We are looking for Shift leaders who are looking to make a career change or who want to get into a restaurant with growth potential. We want people who want to learn how to be a server. Job Duties:

• Take orders from customers while paying attention to details such as food preferences, dietary restrictions, and size/style of dishes
• Prepare food to customers’ specifications
• Efficiently handle cash and credit cards while keeping a pleasant demeanor and- a positive attitude towards customers
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
• Understand our culture at Wayback Burgers and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience
• Balancing high volume with high quality
• Read tickets to determine what/when items need to be prepared
• Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is clean and sanitized at all times
• Participating in ongoing training and development
• Greet customers as they enter and provide an exceptional experience
• Comply with all health and safety standards of the store
• Answer any questions about our menu or products
• Answer any requests from customers (e.g. finding products, answering questions about products, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned (e.g., cross-training, inventory control, etc.)
• Money counting

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 an hour/based on experience

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Restaurant experience preferred
• Basic math: 1 year (Preferred)
