WaveTech IT Solutions LLC is Hiring an IT Technician Near Nashua, NH

WaveTech is a small IT company looking to expand our team! This position is an entry level opportunity for getting started in the IT industry.

What the position involves:

- Resolving customer tickets

- Onsite and remote service calls

- Basic troubleshooting and problem solving

- General assistance with business procedures

- Effective communication with clients

What we're looking for:

- Some level of knowledge or experience of level 1 IT operations

- Valid US driver's license, and able to travel to customers around southern NH and northern MA area

- On call availability during the work week

- In the moment adapting/problem solving

- Great communication and customer service skills

- Motivation to learn/gain experience in the field of IT

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Benefits:
