About the Role:

Customer Sales Specialist are the first impression a customer gets as they approach our events. They create and maintain brand loyalty through excellent in-person customer interactions on behalf of our clients. Our top customer service representatives have the ability to multitask and adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities. The objective is to be able to help customers find the best product for their wants/needs within their price point while maintaining company and client compliance and standards.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Connect with our clients’ customers and provide them with exceptional service.
• Provide information to customers by quoting them accurately and based on their individual needs.
• Maintain up to date knowledge on products and services that are offered by our clients.
• Assist customers with their selection process on products and services.
• Perform sales techniques to up-sell products to ensure our clients are satisfied.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Two years of customer service experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.60 - $1,090.29 per week
