In-Person with a combination of Telehealth available.
Salary:
- $ -$30-$35 per hour.
- Full-time- a minimum of 25-30 clients per week.
- Turn-Key operation: All Referrals handled & placed for you.
- WAVE is bursting with referrals.
- Wave Therapy provides individual, couple, teen, child, and family therapy.
- Referrals are handled for you with 2 full-time assistants.

- In-person positions are open.
- We currently have 6 locations, 2 in Carlsbad and 1 in Oceanside, 1 in Laguna Hills, and 1 in Mission Valley, 1 in Rancho Bernardo.
- Create your own schedule.
- No need to find your own clients, we have intake coordinators who will provide you with as many clients as you would like. (we are currently turning tons of clients away because we have so many referrals).
- We contract with a company to do our billing. (you do not have to do any billing at all, it is all handled for you).
- We provide you with an easy-to-use electronic health records program.
- We provide clinical support, supervision, collaboration, and education.
- We provide you with training and a mentorship program to help as you get started with your practice.
- We encourage you to find your niche and to service the population you enjoy working with and offer supervision and education to support your growth.
- We welcome newly licensed and seasoned Therapists.
- Provide caring, compassionate, quality therapy to clients.
- Scheduling your own clients and inputting the necessary information and documentation.
- Timely completion of progress notes, initial assessments, treatment plans, charge forms, and other case records. (electronic, simple, fast, and easy to use).
- Attend weekly consultation groups/staff meetings.
- AMFT, APCC., Licensed Psychologist, Psy D or Ph.D. licensed to practice in the state of California.
- Experience in private practice is preferred but not required. If you have the clinical skills we will teach you what you need to know to be successful in a private practice setting.
- Compassion, communication skills, and the desire to work as a member of a team.
- Attend paid weekly staff meetings with a collaborative group for supervision, consultation, education, and training.
