Wave Sports Entertainmentis seeking a Junior Social Producer to join the WSE UGC Programmatic / Snapchat Team. This individual will lead the creation of Snapchat Stories, Facebook videos, Instagram videos, and TikTok videos across our TBH / Greatesthighlights brand. The ideal candidate will have a track record of sourcing and producing viral content for digital and social channels. They’ll also have a strong understanding of social platforms and the preferences of these audiences. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative and production of Snapchat Stories, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok videos
• Source viral UGC (User Generated Content) across social platforms 
• Identify, script, and package engaging storylines
• Leverage knowledge of sports and social media landscapes to maximize content engagement and reach
• Utilize platform analytics to optimize content
• Manage social content calendars and organize content folders for the TBH brand
• Meet deadlines and create content that upholds the WSE voice and editorial standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year producing compelling digital content
• A highly creative storyteller. Able to source, produce, manage and execute projects from start to finish in a fast-paced digital environment
• Proactive, with the ability to anticipate obstacles and problem solve under pressure
• Experience organizing production workflows and assets
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of digital media trends and how audiences consume content across platforms
• Highly skilled in managing multiple projects and priorities

Physical Requirements

• Capacity to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery and computer/printer
• The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
• Work is sedentary and involves sitting most of the time
• Able to work full time M-F and nights and weekends as needed 

Work Environment

• The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions and work is performed in a business office environment
• The worker may be exposed to variable lighting conditions (brightness or darkness) and noise during productions when in office

Pay Transparency

This role is a full-time position with a base salary range of $50,000 to $55,000/year, and may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity. We believe in investing the very best in our employees, so in addition to the base salary for this role, all full-time employees at WSE receive:
